Disclaimer
Please read carefully before purchasing
1. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Launchers sold by HELL (High-End Less Lethal)—including those for Paintball, Milsim, Scenario Games, or Less-Lethal applications—are high-pressure devices that can be extremely dangerous if mishandled. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Safety First: Launchers should only be operated while following all recommended safety measures, including the use of appropriate eye and face protection.
- Lethal Potential: These devices can cause serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death if mismanaged. Never point a launcher at any person or animal unless in a lawful self-defense situation as permitted by your state and local jurisdictions.
- Indemnification: You agree to use HELL products AT YOUR OWN RISK. HELL assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from the use, misuse, or ricochet of our products.
2. Age Verification Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase any of our products. Age verification will be requested once payment has been completed. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to provide valid identification if requested.
3. Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of these launchers comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Do not purchase or use any item from this site if its possession or use is restricted in your area. Our products are intended for lawful training, simulation, and recreational purposes only.
4. Technical Proficiency and Maintenance
Our launchers are specialized equipment and are not intended for novice use.
- Required Skills: Successful operation requires a fundamental understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- User Maintenance: Owners are expected to perform regular maintenance and minor adjustments to ensure proper function. HELL is not responsible for damages caused by user error or issues inherently associated with high-pressure air/gas systems.
5. Custom Build Disclaimer
All launchers are custom-built using brand-new, high-end components. Because each unit is hand-assembled, minor cosmetic marks associated with the build process may be present. These signs do not impact the effectiveness, quality, or "new" status of the parts.
6. Sales, Returns, and Disputes
- Quality Control: Every launcher and magazine is tested and quality-controlled before shipping to ensure it meets our highest performance standards.
- No Returns/Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on launchers or installed parts.
- Sole Discretion: HELL reserves the exclusive right to determine the eligibility for any repairs or exchanges. Any authorized return must be sent at the purchaser's expense in its original condition.
- Payment Disputes: Any attempt to unfairly dispute a credit card charge or payment will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all future business with HELL.
By purchasing from HELL (High-End Less Lethal), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
